適用於所有的花園，菜園，陽臺和室內植物多洛特專業土主要成分是各種高品質泥炭混合物和樹皮腐殖質。棕色泥炭的存在提高了陽離子交換能力，並與腐殖質中所含的腐殖酸和富里酸共同作用，通過抵消澆水過多產生的負面問題，極大地延長並提高了養分的供給能力。
多洛特高孔隙率的內部結構確保了基質的透氣性和水份平衡，使得根系生長得更好，植物也就隨之更加茁壯。多洛特富含氮磷鉀肥，為植物根系提供必不可少的養分，有效促進根系的健康生長。
